If you need to recover a file that's been deleted from OneDrive or SharePoint, see the article Restoring a deleted file in OneDrive. If you need to restore an old version of a file that's been overwritten in OneDrive or SharePoint, read Restoring a file from a previous version. If the file was on your local PC, check your Recycle Bin, and if the file was on the Southland network drive, email help@mysouthland.com to restore it from a backup.

If you have access to someone's mailbox, or a shared mailbox, it will show up as another email address in Outlook. If you would like immediate access, you can Open a shared mailbox in OWA
