Open a shared mailbox in OWA

  • Step 1. Open Outlook Web App (OWA) and sign in if neccesary
  • Step 2. Click on your user icon in the top right corner.
  • Step 3. Click on Open another mailbox.
  • Step 4. Type in the email of the user, or shared mailbox that you would like to open. If you have permission, it will open the new mailbox in a new tab.
