Step 1. Open Outlook. Click on the Calendar in the lower-left-hand corner.
Step 2. Click on New Teams meeting in the upper ribbon.
Step 3. Enter a title and set the time, date, and length of the meeting. Enter the email addresses of all attendees you wish to invite to your meeting.
Step 5. To get a shareable link right-click on the Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link at the bottom of the window and click Copy the link address. Anyone with this link can join the meeting, so you can send it to anyone via text, email, WhatsApp, or anything else.
Step 5. Click Send in the upper-left corner.
