====== Creating an auto reply email ====== ==== In Outlook ==== * **Step 1.** If you are on a PC with Outlook installed, open Outlook and go to File > Automatic Replies {{::step_2.png?800|}} * **Step 2.** Click on "Send automatic replies", then change the time range you would like to send out automatic replies. * **Step 3.** If you would like to stay consistent with our standard email template, open up a new email and copy the auto-generated signature, then paste it in the auto reply template. Also, __ensure that the font is Calibri 11 pt.__ for the body of the email. {{:step_4.png?1100|}} * **Step 4.** Configure a second auto reply template in the same way which will be sent to non-staff by clicking on the tab "Outside My Organization" ====On The Web==== * **Step 1.** If you are on a PC without Outlook, or if you are on your phone or tablet, go to [[https://outlook.office.com|Outlook Online]] * If necessary, sign in with your Southland email address * **Step 2.** Click on the gear icon in the top-right and search for "Automatic replies" {{::browser_step_2.jpg|}} * **Step 3.** Toggle Automatic replies on, and configure when you would like auto replies to be sent {{::browser_step_3.jpg|}} * **Step 4.** Type your outgoing message(s) in the two boxes.
